Overtime & terms
Overtime: get-out after 23:00 is paid at 1.5× the hourly rate.
Minimum call: 8 hours.
Travel / parking: agreed per job.
VAT & self-billing
VAT-registered crew add 20% VAT on their self-billing statement. Everyone else is paid gross under self-billing. CrewBook works this out automatically on the pay run.
